Cybersecurity_lectures at schools

The global pandemic COVID-19 has brought much of our lives online. This is most evident in children, for whom computers and the Internet have become an integral part of everyday life, both in education and leisure. However, there are also potential pitfalls to be addressed in relation to children’s online activities. It is for this reason that in 2022, the Digital Coalition organised dozens of free workshops with Karol Suchanek, an expert with a NATO security clearance and a forensic expert in cyber security. Pupils will learn in an interactive way about the most important principles for working safely with digital devices, the organisation of cybercrime in the world or ethical hacking, while they also have the opportunity to try out the recommended practices and applications during the lecture on their own mobile phones. It also includes a free discussion where students can ask questions and discuss current topics of interest to them in the field.
