CodeWeek_Slovakia: European Programming Week
European Programming Week is a grassroots movement organised by volunteers with the support of the European Commission. Anyone can organise a #CodeWeek coding activity and put it on the map at codeweek.eu, be it schools, teachers, libraries, coding clubs, businesses or public authorities.
The organizers of this year’s EU CODE WEEK in Slovakia, Digital Coalition and Women’s Algorithm with the support of the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization and the ambassador of the activity in Slovakia – AjTyvIT, with the support of Junior Achievement Slovakia and NEXTECH are joining together to create a unique and inspiring opportunity for our students, educators and all those who are involved in the field of digital education.
This year, institutions from Central (131 activities) and Eastern (73 activities) Slovakia participated in CodeWeek in the largest numbers. The West Slovakia was involved with 48 educational activities.
