// Presidency

The Presidency of the Digital Coalition is the executive and statutory body of the association. It sets the direction of the association and decides on all matters.

Mário Lelovský

Chairman

He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics at the Slovak University of Technology. For more than twenty years he led the BaSys distribution group in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. He is actively engaged in issues surrounding the Slovak educational system, the digital economy, and the development of essential digital skills. He is a co-founder and chairman of the DC. He also serves within the structures of the Republican Union of Employers and the IT Association of Slovakia. He further actively represents the employer sector on several government councils, including the tripartite.

// Office

Responsible for the smooth running of the organisation and the implementation of individual activities at both domestic and international level. It fulfils an information and communication role towards state authorities, public and private institutions, as well as the professional and wider public. Office staff also coordinate DC activities in domestic and international projects and actively provide support and information services to the membership base and partners.

Pavol Šedo

Chief Operating Officer

He studied at the Faculty of Business Management at the University of Economics in Bratislava and holds an MBA from the Austrian Studienzentrum Hohe Warte. For 25 years he has been working in the fields of management, project management, and human resources, primarily in the telco/IT and real estate development sectors. As Chief Operating Officer, he actively participates in the preparation of new projects whose implementation will significantly contribute to achieving the DC's goals and developing essential digital skills. His passion is supporting the implementation of voucher-based intervention models.

Gustáv Budinský

Gustáv Budinský

Secretary

During his studies at the Faculty of National Economy at the University of Economics in Bratislava, he actively combined academic work with practical experience in media, later moving into public relations, public affairs, project management, and consulting. Since 2019 he has been working at MIRRI SR, where he focuses primarily on digital skills and activities related to education and online safety. Within the DC he serves as secretary.

Lucia Bujňáková

Project Manager

She graduated from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. She has experience managing projects funded by European funds in public administration, as well as implementing information systems for corporate clients. Since 2025 she has been working at the DC, where she focuses on the Online Pupil project, which provides internet connectivity for pupils in material need or with special educational needs, with the aim of enabling them access to online learning and modern digital technologies.

Michal Kovács

Expert Guarantor and Project Manager

He works in the field of education and innovation. He was involved in founding several organisations supporting talent development in Slovakia and Europe, among them LEAF and the European Democracy Youth Network. He combines experience from management in the corporate, public, start-up, and non-profit sectors. He holds a doctorate in international relations from Matej Bel University.

Lucia Martišková

Skills Testing and International Partnerships Specialist

She graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at Matej Bel University. She has been working at the DC since 2023 as a project manager. She is involved in the preparation of international digital skills testing within the IT Fitness Test. She also oversees cooperation with international partners.

Veronika Orfánusová

Project Manager

Veronika connects people, innovation, and opportunities. She focuses on projects that prepare individuals and organisations for the challenges of the future — from digital skills and innovation to new and creative approaches in education and talent development. In her work she applies the principles of problem solving, design thinking/sprint, promotes cross-disciplinary collaboration, and creates space for the development of solutions with long-term social and economic impact. Throughout her career she has been involved in leading European projects focused on talent development, modernising educational approaches, and fostering collaboration between universities, businesses, and professional communities. She believes that the greatest asset of any organisation is its people and their ability to turn good ideas into real impact.

Milan Andrejkovič

Head of the Data Office

He graduated from the Faculty of National Economy at the University of Economics in Bratislava and subsequently held several managerial positions
in the profit, non-profit, and public sectors. Within the DC he heads the Data Office, primarily in the context of the Online Pupil project.

Lucia Braunová

Chief Financial Officer

She graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava and has been working at the DC since 2022 as an economist. She manages and coordinates the operations of the finance department, oversees the payroll department, and handles communication with the external accounting company. She also oversees the administrative agenda of projects and the economic optimisation of project solutions.

Daniela Michaličová

Head of PR and Marketing

She is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava. She has been working at the DC since 2025 and is responsible for strategic communication, development of media and partner relations, brand building, and communicating the topics of digital skills and digital transformation to the public and professional community. She has many years of experience in communication, marketing, reputation management, and building partnerships between institutions, businesses, and the professional community in both the public and private sectors.
