We help people and organizations succeed in the digital age. We bring together education, innovation, and partnerships to make digital transformation a reality in Slovakia.
We are a platform connecting the public sector, businesses, schools, and non-profit organisations. Together, we create conditions for digital skills and technologies to deliver real benefits for society and the economy.
The Digital Coalition is a national initiative focused on developing digital skills in Slovakia. It was established in 2017 at the initiative of the European Commission under the Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition policy, in cooperation with the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investments and Informatisation and the IT Association of Slovakia.

We connect partners
We collaborate with the public, private, and academic sectors and build a strong community capable of delivering concrete results. Partnership is voluntary and free of charge; partners join by signing a Memorandum and contribute through their activities to the development of digital skills and the transformation of Slovakia.

We support initiatives that have a measurable benefit for individuals, organisations, and society as a whole.

National Coalitions for Digital Skills and Jobs in the EU
The Digital Coalition is part of a European initiative to promote digital skills and jobs, overseen by the European Commission. The Commission recommended that member states establish national coalitions as partnerships of organisations working together to improve digital skills across society.
These coalitions in individual countries bring together:
- companies using digital technologies
- educational institutions
- public institutions
- non-profit organisations
Their goal is to bring digital skills across society — from education to the labour market.
Slovak Centre for Digital Innovation
Digital Coalition is a contractual partner of the Slovak Centre for Digital Innovation, which supports the development of innovation and digital transformation in Slovakia.
The Slovak Centre for Digital Innovation project is funded by the NextGenerationEU initiative and from the Recovery and Resilience Plan under Call No. 17I03-04-V01-00004.
