Why InVenture Mind?
InVenture Mind brings to Slovakia an educational programme created in cooperation with the Georgia Institute of Technology, one of the world’s leading universities in the field of innovation. During the programme, you will gain practical skills, an international perspective on innovation and the opportunity to develop your own idea under the guidance of experienced mentors.
The programme is designed for students who want to think entrepreneurially, solve real-world challenges and gain experience they can apply in startups, corporations and academic environments.

How does the selection process work?
The application is designed to help us understand your motivation, interest in innovation and potential to develop new ideas. We are not looking for established entrepreneurs or technology experts – we are looking for curious and motivated students who want to improve themselves.
Selected applicants will become part of a community of 100 students from across Slovakia who will develop their skills together throughout the programme.
During programme
What will you do?
Each week, you will take part in a combination of online learning, practical assignments and teamwork. You will explore proven innovation methodologies, analyse problems, create solutions and continuously test them with the support of mentors.
The programme combines independent study with interactive workshops, feedback and discussions, allowing you to apply your newly acquired knowledge immediately in practice.
Graduation
What will you gain?
After successfully completing the programme, you will receive a certificate, gain international experience and develop new competencies in innovation, entrepreneurship and teamwork. You will present your solutions to an expert jury during the final stage of the programme and have the opportunity to compete for a financial reward to support the further development of your project.
You will leave with practical experience, valuable contacts and the confidence to turn your ideas into real projects.

What comes next?
Your journey does not end when you complete the programme. You will become part of a growing community of alumni, mentors and partners who share experiences and opportunities and support the creation of new projects.
The contacts, experience and international perspective you gain will help you continue your development – whether you decide to build a startup, pursue a career in an innovative company or continue in research. If you remain in Slovakia, you will be able to further develop your project through the follow-up CREATE-X programme from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which we will offer in Bratislava during the 2027–2028 academic year.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I miss a session?
Most of the content will be made available, allowing you to catch up later. However, we recommend attending the live sessions to gain the most from the discussions and mentoring.
Do I need to have a startup?
No. All you need is the motivation to learn, develop your ideas and tackle real-world challenges.
What level of English is required?
The programme is delivered in English, so we recommend a minimum level of B2 to ensure that you can actively engage with the content and participate in discussions.
How demanding is the programme?
The programme is designed to be completed alongside secondary school and, subsequently, university studies. It requires regular attendance, active participation and time dedicated to independent work.
